Angle, perspective and depth are an example of artistic photography. The use of environmental lightning is very clever with a perfect contrast and tones. Very well done.

Strong lines, strong geometric pattern, nicely tone range in B&W (perfect in zone system), very well balanced between the top and the bottom (can say it is the visual rhythms of this building), and the man is right on it (small, close in the back, and big, open in the front).
