henrimanguy 0 Posted November 24, 2006 La Mazade with the passing days (Continuation)Friday 28 July in the morning. The light is evidently not very good with this clouded over sky but I like well the thik clouds above the mountains and I decide to take all the same my (almost) daily photo, darkening more the sky with a gradient grey filter. I measure the exposure on the farmhouse walls. Two shots, one with the G2 filter, the other with the G1. A moment later, I take a long panoramic of three wiews, this time with the G1 filter..To be continuedLink with the presentation. La mazade with the passing days Link to comment
davidorea 1 Posted November 24, 2006 Very nice panoramic landscape, Henri. Beautiful composition with excellent light and colors. The clouds and contrast are great. A delight of atmosphere. Regards! Link to comment

carsten_ranke 0 Posted November 28, 2006 Very nice panoramic, beautiful light, well exposed. The houses seem to be the main subject, so I would prefer a camera point to the left, panned right to get the free view onto the houses Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted November 28, 2006 Thank you Carsten. To answer to your objection, I remind you that this belongs to a series taken from the same view point (the door of the house we rent last summer). There was only two possible view points, so all the photos are more or less identical, except for the lighting and weather conditions. You can see the series by click on the link with the presentation "La Mazade with the passing days" above. Regards, Henri. Link to comment

gianlucabasso 0 Posted November 30, 2006 This is one of my favorite atmospheres, dark clouds and light spot. I would like to be somewhere there under the rain. Great mood and good image. Ciao Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted November 30, 2006 Very successful panoramic shot. The light is very good and I like the contrast between foreground sunshine and the cloudy mountains. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted December 1, 2006 Henri, it is a very touching series. Vivid colors and beautiful BG. the warm/cold combination of colors and the panoramic form are very eye catching! Link to comment
fhick 0 Posted December 2, 2006 A nouveau un panoramique tres plaisant, avec de tres belles tonalites et un coup de lumiere au bon endroit. J'aime aussi le degrade dans les collines du fond. Du bon travail. Bon w-e, Fernand. Link to comment
soltani 0 Posted December 3, 2006 Hi dear Henri. This one is very rich in color. I love the contrast between the blues and the greens; They remind of how fresh nature always is.I've been absent for a while and maybe of missed some of the others. I'll be absent again. Just dropped by to say Hello.Regards. Ali. Link to comment

kyle_h 0 Posted December 6, 2006 Great panoramic photo. The exposure here is so right under such a weather. The other thing is that the tree in the center covers part of the house but I understand you didn't have a choice. Regards, Kyle Link to comment
whinterberger 0 Posted December 6, 2006 Well balanced panorama , Henri. I especially like the sunlight against the dark of the mountains. This is a lovely shot. In an ideal world , I may have liked the brightness of the meadow on the extreme right toned down a little, the balance would have been even better. In all , a wonderful shot. Link to comment
tibor 0 Posted December 6, 2006 Nice light, very moody. The wide format gives it an extra feeling of peace and balance. Link to comment
