Everybody loves a "fixer upper!" This is a neat shot, I wouldn't mind having palm trees in the front yard. LOL Black and White is a great choice for this, framing is good also. Kim

GREAT shot!! I love the white sun on the left corner and the palm trees looking great as the house looks like it is ready to fall apart!
