tomascastelazo 0 Posted December 2, 2006 Hand of Guanajuato Mummy. Due to weather conditions and minerals in soil, bodies dehydrate and become mummified. Since space in public cemmeteries is scarce, bodies are taken out regularly and if surviving relatives do not make additional arrangements, bodies en up in public display. Link to comment
