The hike .... was special, but not in a nice way. I took care of those 2 kids the whole week-end. The hike was planned to cool them down and for some seconds ... eh - several minutes .... I was thinking about leaving them out there .... so this is really from a 'wolf's view'. I find it much easier to be at work with 150 kids than having those 2 for 3 days.

 

I miss my free week-end. HA

Bente, this is my kind of landscape; the kind of place where I can spend a whole day. But here on Vancouver Island, I would be looking over my shoulder for the cougar. You have captured it well with the glint of sun catching the beech leaves in the distance.
