Thought it was interesting to find this "attempt" of expression

tagged with a "suspended work" right on the head of the portrait...

Almost gave me the impression some authorities are more concerned

about people actually thinking and experessing their ideas.

The image does not attract attention. Four items (trash bin, red stripe, sketch, sticker) with no apparent connection to each other. Maybe a different light, angle, crop will help? The subject is probably worth working on, though. Well seen.
