I'm still stalking this bird here in northern California. Haven't caught him yet. Very nice shot. I am glad you got such a definitive pose. No worry about confusing it with an Ivory-Billed. Definitely a female with the brown forehead. These guys don't like people sneaking up on them. You must have been very quiet or used one helluva long lens. I think the sharpening may be just a touch overdone (clear line around the bird). Overall a stupendous shot.

El fondo me gusta ya que no esta totalmente desenfocado pero nos muestra otro arbol del bosque por lo que no entorpece la escena , saludos
