Your shot has it's positive and negative points to consider; on one hand, the background has an even color and you have accomplished a nice bokeh; on the other hand, you have placed the whole body an the right 1/3 which is a recommended place

for positioning the subject to be photographed, but in portrature, it's the eyes that count. The eye in your shot is hanging somewhere between the upper and lower one-thirds. I would suggest the upper left hand corner for the head.
