Not an improvement, but a different concept, and maybe just a bad idea. Who knows...

It's a special effect called "Blinds" in Paintshop Pro. I rarely find a use for the gimmick features, but it does add the (lack of) privacy concept one might feel while sitting alone on the train. Or, it could be that while reading the paper you are in your own little world.

It is all about the colours and they are cool indeed!
