I like it... the skin gives a real interesting feel: a real dynamic struggle between looking artificial and natural. What kind of filters/adjustments did you apply?

A very nice look and feel. If I would change anything the cracks on the hand going along the fingers instead of across to work more with the subject natural form as in the face and shoulders.
