Hello Umair!

Suspecting, you might've lined them out. :) Anyhow, it's not essential for me. I like it quite a bit.

Cheers,

Konstantin

Amazing detail. I like their green hats! Does the colour have significance? In the context of a photograph it gives a nice sense of youth and brightens the serious atmosphere. The arrangement of the boys is nice, with the variation in positions and height, but the centre boy lines up exactly with the tapestries/paintings(?) which seems a bit rigid for me.

green is considered sacred color 4 Muslims. that's why its frequently used in religious stuff. the arrangement was nothing 2 special. they just got conscious & started staring into the camera. i just asked them 2 do what they were doing already but they acted according 2 their own wills. so i just decided 2 go 4 it. regards!

This is another wonderful image, Umair. What I admire most about your work is that, despite the technical brilliance, your work still retains a heart and purity that is uncommon among the top photographers on this site. This is what sets your work apart, this greatness that does not rely on gimmicks. Excellent image, my friend.

Umair, your portfolio is nothing short of breathtaking. You can almost smell/feel/taste pakistan in your shots. I especially like this picture because of way you have posed your subjects! Such character in their serious, young, faces. Are the green hats that color originally, or did you colorize them?

Thanks! MQ

the hats r origionally geren plastic/ synthetic material. green color signifies muslim spirituality. regards!

Obviosly the green caps are a highlight and are very well enlightned by the obviously very beautiful background. The bit of stoic presence look of the boys makes them a bit submerged in the background, thanks also to the clothes. Bit its the radiance of their beautiful faces, especially the boy on the left, that makes one see this photo again and again.

The boy on the left makes one remind of the old black and white potraits. Cant help but notice the way the hands of each the boys are placed.
