paula grenside 0 Posted November 6, 2006 Thre must be an intresting conversation going on there. The black bird is quite attentive. Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted November 6, 2006 I think that might be what they call a threat posture. The little guy just doesn't look at all scared though! Great bit of observation. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted November 7, 2006 I probably have about a dozen pictures of these two. The cormorant on the right had his beak open because he was hot, I think. The white pelican wasn't being agressive; he was just having a stretch. Link to comment
lbattjes 0 Posted November 7, 2006 These two bring a smile for sure. Would love to hear what they had to say... Leslie Link to comment
atkphotoworks 0 Posted November 7, 2006 Love this - what could they be conversing about I wonder. Link to comment

thadley 15 Posted November 10, 2006 It is an excellent capture. Congrats.I would prefer to see the photo a bit lighter and a bit more contrast - just my personal preference. It must be my monitor since I am the only one making that suggestion. I like the shot alot. Hope to see more and have a great day. What does the histogram look like on the D200? Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted November 10, 2006 I haven't played with the histogram much yet, but I understand it has an RGB histogram, which should prove interesting. I don't shoot much during the week because of working all day and no time in the evening, so the weekends are my time to "play". Just got the camera 2 weeks ago, so haven't learned all that it can do yet. Link to comment
