I wish I could paint...

Playing with an old shot and a new technique in PS I figured out. I'll post the original so you can see what I started with.

Very nice work. The details and colors are superb. The presentation add to the beauty of the photo. I would like to know your know how to get this great result.

You say that you wish you could paint, but I think that you do! The metallic touch is really beautiful. Please tell us how you did it!

I like the effect that you have achieved: the mauve is very attractive broken by a touch of green. The simple mauve frame surrounded by the black is also appealing. Your honesty is commendable by showing the original.

I am back to visit - I was attracted to the same thumbnail and then i realized that I had commented and rated well in the past. I do see that the raters did not receive it well. Pity! I have a bad habit of deleting images when they are not rated well but i am glad you left this for me to enjoy!
