dmo_galleries_chicago_phot 0 Posted November 4, 2006 I love the way that orange pops against the dull-colored background. Nice. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 5, 2006 I agree with Doug. This is one of the few times a spot of really bright color works for me, and its placement in the frame is perfect. This is such a precise composition...the edges of the dock leading right into the lower corners of the frame, the level horizon of the lake, and the exact placement of the subjects.A lot of people might think this is a "simple shot," until they look closer at it.Excellent work! j.k._york 0 Posted November 5, 2006 I agree with Jim, simple at first, but complex as well. nice subtle reflection of couple in wet wood and as stated the framing of dock to lower corners all work. yes, the splash of color is great, positioned perfectly. good work. regards, J.K. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted November 6, 2006 I love that focal point, the orange umbrella that leads to the romantic couple. Really good capture. Link to comment
