hmm, interesting angle. Shame about the flare though. I like the sun being there, but the flare is a little distracting...

Thanks Dan for commenting even before I got around to submitting this

for critique! I noticed the lense flare when I made the shot and

decided that I liked it, and still do. However, I hedged my bets and

also made a closely similar shot with the sun out of the frame and no

flare. What do the rest of you think?

I like the flare generally, but not the bit obscurring the radiator scoop outlet (or whatever it is!)

yeah, i guess the bit on the upper right is ok, but that spot on the cooler...

I think flair can be used creatively and is not always an undesireable occurance. This photo is a prime example of that - I think the atmosphere of being out on a really sunny day, the brightness that we all associate with it, is well conveyed by including this "anomaly". I suppose what I am trying to say in my long winded way is, I like it.
