Only one "O" short of being prosperous!

While eating my meal, I talked with the owner of this restaurant in

Xian, China. He said something to the effect that he was "only

one 'O' short of being prosperous". I couldn't make any sense of what

he meant but let it go as it was tedious to communicate with him in

English. As I left the restaurant, I turned to take a photo of the

facade and finally understood what he was talking about.
