Nice sharp focus on the eyes.Nose seems a bit exaggerated, might be a little too close.Nice highlights on the hair. Might try a different angle with the lighting to camoflauge some of the blemishes. All in all an excellent portrait!

Thank you both for your comments. I see what you mean that the nose is a bit too exagerated. Perhaps I should have stepped back two feet or more. I would remove the imperfections of the skin, however, I do not believe in killing a photograph and deceiving the viewer. Besides the "smooth skin" filter is too common and too boring. By having the skin natural it shows variety and that is exciting and more pleasurable to look at that impossible-looking skin.
