gungajim 75 Posted October 26, 2006 The hard, angled shadows work well. The stairs seem to blend together. Perhaps selecting them and then doing a "sharpen edges" would help, or maybe just bumping up the contrast. Here's a quick attempt to illustrate what I'm talking about and also an alternate treatment of the lower step. FWIW Also, Barb, if you reize the image before you post it to be 580 pixels on the long edge for portrait orientated, it allows the viewer to see the entire image without scrolling. I think it is 800 pixels wide for a landscape orientation. If this doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll try to articulate it more clearly. Link to comment
baerbel 0 Posted October 27, 2006 Thank you, Jim, suggestions like that are very much are appreciated. I did try to resize, but kept getting a 'server error' message. Probably due to the problem PN experienced all day. Link to comment
