Jana, forgive me if you know this but that is a cleaner fish inside the mouth. There are stations where fish go to have parasites removed. The little guys get in there and do the cleaning, and the host fish does not eat them. If you are diving and open your mouth, they will gladly perform the same service, even will trim the cuticles of your fingernails. Regards, Bernie

Bruno, although cleaning fsh are relatively common, is rare to see a photo of a cleaning fish so deep in the throat of the host. Best regards, Carlos

Very nice picture but i would have to say that my favorite part is the fact that you can see the little fish in his throat! Hahahaha GREAT!
