prop blur

very slow shutter for an aircraft shot i think 1/30 sec handheld

Fasinating shot, the propeller has a ghostly light to it. And the outside reddish ring comes across nicely. Now Martin, I'm no expert at airplanes, but I'm guessing being on the business end of a spinning propeller, where the pilot obviously can't see you, could lead to the worst kind of operator error and wardrobe malfuntion. Or maybe you just run fast.

Nice picture. You did sort of "stop" the prop, at least one-blade, up there just to the right of 12-oclock. : > )

You managed to get a bit of overlap, nice one. You see my effort of this?? Have a good Xmas mate, hope to see you at an airshow soon. Alex
