davidmccracken 2 Posted October 21, 2006 I was disappointed that the 3/3 guys were on holiday when I posted this. I have a funny feeling they will be back when they see Esmeralda here. Feedback appreciated. Link to comment
owen_omeara 1 Posted October 21, 2006 This is not one I would have guessed was yours. It is different and it is refreshing. The pose is unique and the background would work beautifully were it not for the blown out area. That is really the only problem that I have with it. I am going to assume that there are more from this shoot and I look forward to seeing them it they are out there. -Owen Link to comment
markboyer 0 Posted October 21, 2006 I absolutely love this one, David. I too would never have pegged it for one of yours; just goes show how diverse your vision is. It's wonderful. Link to comment
flyfisher159 0 Posted October 22, 2006 I agree....would not have pegged it as one of yours. Like the photo but wonder about the contrast. Keep up the creativity. Stephen Link to comment
pjmeade 12 Posted October 22, 2006 Hello David, I like this image. As the others have said, it's a refreshing and challenging way of looking at the nude. I also like the Venetian mask. Best wishes. Pete Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted October 22, 2006 Owen,Strangely Owen I am not a great fan of the blown out area either. That said, it was deliberate... maybe it is best not to go there. I am glad that you like it for the most part anyway. Mark, Very kind words. I will admit I don't do partial colours a lot, perhaps if I had posted it in B&W or colour it may have been more recogniseable. Who knows? I am glad you love it though. Stephen, Your comment about the contrast is noted. I am sure P.N does do something with some images albeit (perhaps) unintentionally. It does look different on the net to the image I uploaded. Having said that, the image is partially coloured and that might be throwing you. Peter, I am glad you mentioned (and recognised) the mask. It is rather exquisite. Thanks everyone. I will post one or two more from the session later. Meanwhile, here is one to be going on with. Link to comment
