Very Close Pass

this was taken from the mound at duxford with my 100-400 lens all the

way in at 100mm! yes it was that close. and boy was it LOUD!!!!

Overwhelming, very wise cropping... or perhaps he was crossing the sky so fast that your 100mm just taken this little piece!

hi there carlos, this is not cropped at all. he came over our heads about 5m up at about 320knots

now this, is a sweet shot. its so hard to complement your photos anymore because as soon as a post one and look at the next, it seems to be that much better...

I had a similar experience with Princess Elizabeth from the Land Warfare end, but it was perhaps more like 20m than 5!
