.th 0 Posted October 28, 2006 @10? a good reminder that superwides come with problems of their own, i can't analyze what it is excactly, but there's something in the structure of the composition (bottom - left-ish and upwards) that crashes badly with the distortion of the lens. and by distortion i don't mean barrel, but the stretching of elements in the outer zones. otoh, - nice colors and tonality in the rocks, i care less for this type of sky but that's just my personal preferences... best. th Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted November 11, 2006 For me this is an excellent photo, with a good view point bringing out the texture of the rock and also leading the eye towards the background. I don't understand the critic of Thorir which seems to me quite at the wrong time. Link to comment

salvadelsaz 0 Posted April 14, 2009 Nicely composed with a fantastic sense of depth enhanced by the rocks on the foreground that lead me eyes to the background of the image. The light is perfect too, ... excellent image! ---- Thanks for your comment to my image 'Industrial Dusk II'. Certainly if I had used a PL filter the degree of detail below the water layer would have been higher, ... next time I won't forget to use it. Link to comment
