a good reminder that superwides come with problems of their own, i can't analyze what it is excactly, but there's something in the structure of the composition (bottom - left-ish and upwards) that crashes badly with the distortion of the lens. and by distortion i don't mean barrel, but the stretching of elements in the outer zones.

 

otoh, - nice colors and tonality in the rocks, i care less for this type of sky but that's just my personal preferences...

For me this is an excellent photo, with a good view point bringing out the texture of the rock and also leading the eye towards the background. I don't understand the critic of Thorir which seems to me quite at the wrong time.

Where on earth did u manage to find this great location, MAN, this is fabulous, i have nothing much to say, not just this one, this complete series, great work.

Nicely composed with a fantastic sense of depth enhanced by the rocks on the foreground that lead me eyes to the background of the image. The light is perfect too, ... excellent image!

Thanks for your comment to my image 'Industrial Dusk II'. Certainly if I had used a PL filter the degree of detail below the water layer would have been higher, ... next time I won't forget to use it.
