I would say that it depends on the feeling you would like to get across from the picture. With the horizon where it is right now I feel trapped by the posts, but a lower horizon would be more freeing, these can't stop me - i'm headed for that horizon.

Brad, I think the horizon height adds to the sharpness of the posts, placing the emphasis on those points!
