tobyduffill 0 Posted October 16, 2006 Good colors and an interesting subject. Not criticising as such but your horizon is a little uneven. Still a great pic. Link to comment
jim kerr 0 Posted October 16, 2006 Hi Mike, seems to be a ship sinking in a sea of soybeans. Unusual but quite beautiful sky.......Jim Link to comment
joshschutz 0 Posted October 16, 2006 I like the compasition, but I don't like the colors. Try making it a black and white. Maybe try monochrome in channel mixer in PS. Link to comment
joshschutz 0 Posted October 16, 2006 I used the green channel mixer all around. I did a curves adjustment so you could excentuate the lines in the grass. then made a mask over the sky on the curves. I think this brings more attention to the barn and not the sky. Link to comment
juan-de-santa-anna 0 Posted October 18, 2006 Although I like Josh's B&W version very much...the mimicking colors of the red and green sky in the front of the barn do it for me...as for composition the little tilt in the horizon could be straitened...and if I was going to print this I would go real BIG...maybe crop a tad tighter on the right side and a tad off the bottom...what you have here is a nugget!nice job...Juan Link to comment

jonathancharlesphoto 0 Posted February 3, 2007 I love the strangeness of the colours and the scene but I agree the horizon could be straightened. The B&W version is an interesting alternative - I think the contrast and balance changes could also be made to the colour version to add impact. Best wishes, Jonathan. Link to comment
