Beautiful composition, nice crossing of diagonals dividing the composition in a black part and a white part. Nice long exposure effect on the waves.

Nice, unusual - difficult to judge the scale at first glance (that's not a criticism)

I think you have exposed the water with just the right amount of smooth silky effect, not overdone. Love the diagonal waves & rock in the composition & how they cross path with each other.
