On the last Christmas day.

It was a wonderful white Christmas in Korea. I woke early in the

morning and enjoyed a beautiful snow scene on the rooftop of my

apartment.

 

I was surprised to see so many people hurried to the bus stop

through the trempled route of the playground. The route is shortcut

from the apartment to a bus stop. Do they work on Christmas day?

 

Sorry for the grainy scan and I would like to stop using Ilford

XP2 film any more.

This gives such a glow of solitude. I must say i love it. Some people might tell you to crop it. But i think its better the way it is cause it makes me feel like he's the only one left in a metropolis. GREAT STUFF!

Nice composition. I might have cropped it a little on the bottom to get rid of the part of the building that appears in the lower center part of the image. That also might isolate the simple geometric lines which seem to make the image so strong.

It is often the simple things that are often the best. The person does give a good sense of scale as well as solitude to me. I like it. The buildings are good for depth of scale.

I have been working on a series of photos to try to capture the sense of solitude that winter sometimes brings. You have conveyed that in one photo. Well done. I like the composition as well.
