I think the details of the windows would come out better if they were evenly illuminated.

I tried that but favoured this more moody look in the end.

Which one do you like best?

Windows are really nice, but I think you had no idea how to photograph them. No composition and the ligth rather spoils the photo.

Although the light washes out the one corner, I can understand how that happened, given the time of day and the "glazed tiles" used on this building. Nonetheless, I like the original picture, especially the details captured in the windows. Although you could crop the photo, you could also take another shot at a time of day when both windows are shaded.
