aepelbacher 0 Posted October 13, 2006 How funny!! Had you seen mine when you put this up? :-) Anyway - I love the closeups that you can get of their faces. I am going to go back there eventually and shoot a bunch of close up shots with my long lens ... maybe on a cloudy day so there aren't dark shadows...... Speaking of which ... you didn't get any sharp shadows, and that makes this very easy to look at. I like that he's looking toward something outside the frame. This is a very nice shot! Sorry for the late response. I shot this on a gloomy day [kinda over exposed it too] and later added the shadow in post processing. Uma ~ this is one [of several] the sculptures in the Korean War Memorial [in Washington, District of Colombia]. Link to comment
