because of you I have started planning seriously my first still lifes. Could you tell me a little bit about "studio" and lightening (any arteficial light?)

Excellent lighting and textures. The colour is fantastic. Very well introduce the red apple to broken the colour armony wiht a point of deep red. Shadows are great too. Regards:Jose

Robert Semnic - this particular picture wasn't made in a studio, I made it while i was in a basement in Kiev and I didn't have much equipment on me, so I had to use what I had at the time (which wasn't much at all). It's much better to make still life in a studio with Pro equipment (eg. Soft boxes, light brush etc.). In the current conditions I prefer to use halogen lights with an appropriate power (5 Watts in the above picture). The equipmet you use really depends on the effect you wish to acheve.Best of luck with your still life.
