Navajo Sunrise

It was rather cold, waiting for first light, when I shot this. It's

my personal favourite, from the many I shot, that morning.

Doug,I love all your images of the Southwest/Mexico, but this one is special for so many reasons - composition, color, atmosphere. Monument Valley impressed me more than the Grand Canyon, even. Unfortuntely I had to be there only in the middle of the day.

Thanks for stopping by, Roger. I feel the same way about Monument Valley. I've been there many times, and sometimes travel an extra couple hundred miles out of my way, just to visit it again.
