What a beautiful scene Sondra, and what rough terrain. This must have been hard to get to.....Superb subject and composition......Jim

Jim, for me there was no walking to this Mill as it was 6 mi over very rough terrain. We had a guide, jeep driver take us. It was a 2 1/2 hr round trip at about 2 mph. The country was beautiful and looked untouched by man. The Mill was breathtaking, but we were there at the wrong time of day to get the best shots. It was almost noon when we arrived, sun straight overhead. We needed clouds or an overcast day, just can't control the weather.

Wondefful composition. The crystal trees add a touch of magic to the image.

Excellent technique with outstanding results, beautiful!

Ahh, to me you got one heck of a good shot in IR. You did somewhat better than most of us would have with the same conditions.......I have only rarely been anywhere the first time, that I didn't want to go back for better light or some other reason......Jim

Sonfra, I have such faith in your abilities that I would have thought you could control the weather :-) You have done a great job using the IR to get as much as possible from a diificult time of day.

this shot is full of interest! a precariously balanced building with gorgeous scenary. great composition and placement. and i have to say i love the tone!
