Tripod, cable release. Exposed for highlights (sunny sixteen) + half a stop. Spotted on an afternoon visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens. Intrigued by the rim light. Crop, resize, levels adjustment, USM in PS. Best, LM.

Critique? Comment? Either or both will be gratefully received. It

was the backlighting that initially attracted me. I overexposed the

highlights by about 1\2 stop to try to capture just a tad of shadow

detail without burning out those highlights. Best, LM.
