markboyer 0 Posted October 1, 2006 Fading into fall on the forest floor beneath the canopy of pines and slightly off the banks of a stream. Link to comment
generic american 1 Posted October 2, 2006 Seems like it could use either more color or less. Link to comment
krmhlz 0 Posted October 2, 2006 This image just bubbles and overflows with life. The moss and lichen are like a wave of green breaking over the tree. As for color, that one rust-colored cedar spray combines with the exquisite range of greens to produce a palette that pleases me very much. I wouldn't change a thing. I very rarely see a nature image that manages to work as an abstract if you are not familiar with the subject, while at the same time presenting the subject in such an insightful way that even those who know the subject well gain a greater understanding and appreciation for it. This image does just that. Outstanding work. Link to comment
kensimm 0 Posted October 2, 2006 I also would not change anything. The range of muted colours here is spot on. Regards Ken. Link to comment
generic american 1 Posted October 3, 2006 Hmmm. Either you edited this after my comment, or my screen at home is not good with greens. It looks good today, on my work computer. Link to comment
