maria 7 Posted October 1, 2006 Still some people are using these vehicles in Kiskunf鬥gyhạ. No, they are not for tourist, even if tourists look at them with curiosity and admiration (beautiful horses!), as in this photo. Did I capture the moment? thanks for any comments Maria Link to comment
stephen hazelton 3 Posted October 1, 2006 My grandmother lived in Oklahoma, USA, and was probably one of the last people in her area to use horses and a wagon, which she did until her two sons were old enough to buy cars. Their wagon also had rubber tires, taken from an old car. I think you've captured the moment- the only thing I see that could be changed is the line of trees down the middle- perpaps catching a similar scene from the other side of the street would avoid that. maria 7 Posted October 8, 2006 Well, the carriage was moving, so all I could do was to fastly take two photos and chose the better one. The one before was with a modern car near it, but unfortunately the car has been already partly out of the frame when taking the photo ... The tree line I do not find so bad, to be honest; such round trees are typical for that town and I like that I managed to catch them in a line :) thanks for the visit and the comment! ikar.us 0 Posted August 19, 2008 I also like the trees in line. Only the tilt could be corrected... Link to comment
