Basement of an adobe house

A classical building, taking for example Gottfried Semper's

architecture theory, consists of basement, walls, and roof. Here I

found striking that the window lasts with such a heavy entablature as

if it were already the roof. And the wall, with falling plastering

letting the details be seen, separates what was a different colouring

for different construction elements.

It's a terrific play of color, shape, texture, and line. I like the others you posted as well.

You've found some very nice patterns in a single scene and I like it. I would have adjusted the color saturation up a bit and maybe applied some sharpness to it (using computer software, of course). Rated anonymously at 4/5.
