awaraagard 0 Posted September 28, 2006 :], it was sometime before Ramazan, but in such parts of the country arrival of Ramazan doesn't change anything. regards! Link to comment
amalsircar 2 Posted September 28, 2006 Very good composition, exposure, and colors,Umair. Vibrant colors, designs and calligraphy. Link to comment
awaraagard 0 Posted September 28, 2006 i'm grateful 4 the feedback. my job is 2 travel & explore beauty & colors of my culture & people. caligraphy & design is creative imagination of the local artists. they have no art education, don't even know combination of colors, don't even have brushes & sophisticated paints. they use their hands 2 paint the walls mostly. the design is purely their own imagination. inspired by most of the design & calligraphy on trucks that travel in most part of the country, it is a tendency among young street painters 2 use design, leaves, flowers in calligraphy as well. vibrant colors r another tendency 2 give their ordinary environments a touch of superiority over surrounding villages. regards! Karl Schuler 48 Posted September 28, 2006 Umair, are you now in advertisements? There also you have excellent skills. But was his hat really green? Karl Link to comment
awaraagard 0 Posted September 28, 2006 yep Karl, its a plastic hat, really geren. i had this trouble earlier :], when i shot a green robe against a red background, greens have this tendency when shot against warmer colors always leave the impression as if adjusted artificially. but u can trust me, this is a dark green pastic hat. lol. regards!
