I agree with the above comment precisely---I'm still not sure about how you have framed it--the figure slightly more to the right of the photo off-centre following the diagonal pattern of the light shaft and moved down slightly I think would work---worth a try anyway--ML

The diagonal dash of light in the image really brings this together. Moody and dark all the same.
