A very attractive and well composed photo. It is quite painterly with wonderful colors.

Like a painting, nice work!

The light that you have on the buildings, despite the darkness, is wonderful and also the way it picks out the textures of the building and the smoothness of the boats. Did you take two exposures and merge them together?

The shots were taken with D70 & Kit Lens, ISO 200, Auto W\B, f8, using bracketing 2 stops apart then turned the 3 shots into 7 different exposures 1 stop apart with NC then blended with PSCS.
