Cooking pasta (photographer interferes)

This is actually a double portrait. Dinner was good, too.

Not one new post, but two?! Nice photo. Looks like you may need to polish the silver. Your reflection is not spotless, even if your reputation is.

Hey thats not a pasta pot! thats a Costco tea kettle...I know cause I got one too...(but nowhere as good a shape as yours)...I like the partial circles in the upper and lower corners...tea pot and the burner...the wooden spoon does not go with the rest of the image...possibly if it was comming in from the top right and covered with sauce...maybe a red sauce? good to see you haveing fun! Was there some red wine envolved?...Juan

 

Wait a minute??? are you suposed to wash the tea kettle? yeah I knew it was the whistler chickadero for the spout...does your lid fit so tight that when it boils the water spews allover the stove and walls? wow cooking can be fun...I like beer with my pasta too ;) your attachment shows me that you have warm and loving household...Juan

 

I forgot to ask, is that a bell on the table, and am I to assume that is to call the maid?

Juan: no red wine, actually. I was feeling daring and rebellious (see attached). And actually, the pasta wasn't for us, but for the kids, who won't eat anything else.

 

David: Juan could tell you that that "bell" thing is actually part of the fine Costco teapot.

 

As the chief dishwasher, the spotted lid is all my fault.
