The light and your presentation imprt a glow that is most enjoyable. The cat is well placed in the bottom third and the composition nicely balanced overall. For me it is a photo about the cat singled out amidst this hub of activity and textures in the surounds. The presentation in B&W is very much enjoyed. Cheers, Gerhardt

This for me captures our lives in an alley while the domestic cat is totally in control, I love the moment well done !!!!

 

Domestic cats have not changed in 3 million years according to national geographic, and they are still the best hunters known to man.

I like the glow, just as Gerhardt, and of course the central character the cat! Interesting picture indeed.

Good street photo. The cat in the middle fits here great. So much happening around it, but he is just there alone in the city.

Thank you All so very much . I feel I'm unfair with Amsterdam . It's such a clean , beautiful and pleasant city and looking at this photo can make you think otherwise . It was taken in the evening after all the shops put out there garbach and the cleaning truck and workers were 20 meters behind me :) . I recommend to All : Go To Amsterdam

Such a nostalgic atmosphera you've captured! The foggy background at the end of the street, both sides of the narrow street plenty of stuffs, the shadow (almost a reflection) of the cat on the floor... at all, a strange and beautiful photography. Very good Alon.

That's a wonderful black and white, Alon, with such a nostalgic processing! I love that tuxedo-design:) in the cat's fur, and those lovely socks she's got. It looks so funny standing there, in the middle of the alley, undecided what garbage bag to start with, probably:) Cheers, s.

Hi Janet my good friend , Thanks for the invitation . Actually , I attended an exhibition and was kind of working till evening every day . only at evening/night I had free time and went with my friends to restaurants and walk around beautiful Amsterdam . Well ........ Maybe next time :)

Alon, this is the most interesting image I have seen on Amsterdam ! The essence of the city - narrow streets, bikes, packed with people (You see only the garbage they produce) and still very playful and full of life (The cat, graffiti). Great scene and exposure, so well seen. cheers Jana (currently from Amsterdam)
