tonys 0 Posted September 18, 2002 I have a vague suspicion, Brian that Evans critics won't dare to comment your shot, only to find out later that this photo got the first prize at the street-crossing contest from Keiserslauten. I am a bit more relaxed about it, but to tell you the truth, I don't know what to say about your shots (double exposure). The composition is very simple. The light, for one exposure at least, is RED. As about the technical aspects of the shot I am curious, how you shot the second exposure that became the background for the first one. I suppose this shot has a meaning. However, that escapes me. Could you elaborate a bit on this? Link to comment
jane_harris 0 Posted January 16, 2004 I prefer this to the others because it simply doesn't contain a bike! Haha. But seriously, I like this simplicity of this double exposure. Walk or wait, love it. Link to comment
adam paine 0 Posted January 16, 2005 This shot Rocks!! I like artistic approach..why does everything need meaning? There is much more power in the image when the mind wanders! Holga's rule bro keep it up! Thanks for the comment. AP Link to comment
joam boam 0 Posted April 3, 2005 One of your best in the folder. Keep the Holga stuff coming! Link to comment
stoopidgerl 0 Posted July 13, 2005 even though this is a double exposure it is very minimal rather than most double exposures that seem chaotic. I really like the interaction of color. The composition is good too... I'm glad the subject wasn't centrally placed. Nice work. Link to comment
