atkphotoworks 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Now this is interesting. At first I imagine this to be like the Lady of the Lake in Arthuran legends, but not so quite clad in bikini top. Love the imagery nonetheless Paula. Link to comment

marco_ruggiero 0 Posted September 21, 2006 You always manage to give your images, manipulated or not, great qualities of composition framing, artistry but most important, IMAGINATION.Well done. Link to comment

atkphotoworks 0 Posted September 22, 2006 Paula, I can see why you're torn between the two. I think between the two, I would shoot for the original posted. I would crop a very thin razor portion off the right side, I see a small dark vertical line, on the top right of the image (Just above the water). Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted September 22, 2006 Well cara Paula, great concept and vision and hard PS work to achieve :) Nicely done :) Biliana Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted September 23, 2006 Whoo! Covered by a blanket of waves, nice idea indeed. Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted September 24, 2006 The waves cover her with warmth and security - I feel the sky could add more than it does - night? moon? sun? I don't know - you are the one with the imagination! Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted September 25, 2006 Katjia, yes, I know J. Warren and he is source of inspiration. Thanks Alix, thanks. Yes, not I, too, tend for the first for the softness of the blanket. Marco, imagination? that's something I don't lack:-) Thanks David, thanks for the kind comment. Amar, thanks for coming back. I see what you see now; will edit. Biliana, glad you liked. Thanks. B.C. Okman, thanks for commenting. Alec, thank you so much, always appreciated. Colin, you are right and stirred my imagination a lil bit more. Thanks. Link to comment
hanna_v 0 Posted September 26, 2006 you must be patient to accomplish your ideas! funny and well managed! but I do have to criticize sth. nevertheless: where is her lower part of the body? (the small space between her arm and the water blanket). Regards, Hanna Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted September 26, 2006 Well I would like to feel how a water blanket made up of waves feel like. Good one, Paula. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted September 26, 2006 Hanna, can't you see the curves the waves shape around the rest of her body? LOL. There was a piece of leg and a triangle of white, but I preferred to cover that with foam. Cherlyn, it is regenerating. It gets a bit rough with foam and sand, but refreshing none the less. kirk d 0 Posted June 18, 2007 Excellent idea and superb job on the wave! If you could use your skill to make the model look more a part of the picture, you'd have a slam dunk here. She looks to pasted in. Maybe some grain or something to make her less sharp? Phenominal work in your portfolio. Kirk Link to comment
