Hmmmm? Just the car on the right is a problem here. Besides I like this half chaotic composition with bikes and people... The bikes in left bottom corner close it lovely, the girl and man look really good surrounded with bikes.. Just this van.

In that photo type is not easy achieve always the best composition. Ok that Volkswagen car is not in the right place in the right time. But I find very interesting the two different attitudes when comparing the man with the woman: "where it is?" against "there it is".
