I thought I'd better explain my rating, and this is my very novice opinion, but I feel there is no relationship ( other than the eye colour ) between Bubo Bubo and the background. Is this 2 seperate photos joined together? If so, mabye they would stand alone a little better as sinlge shots.

Hi, Wendy! You asked, so here goes... At first glance it's very attractive even down to the frame. Very nicely presented. The colors are beautiful! But on closer inspection, I'd say that the owl is oversharpened, particularly in the eye area. You don't give additional details, so other than that, I think some of your other work, particularly your "Gannets in love" photo is much more impressive, at least to me! Please see my comment and rate on that photo! Keep up the good work, Regards!
