nathan_ross 0 Posted September 20, 2006 This is a great shot. Excellent light, excellent composition. I love the how the negative space on the right adds to 'her' mood. Well done. Link to comment
karen rexrode 0 Posted September 20, 2006 You have captured her as best she can be, in my opinion. I would be very proud of this shot! Thanks for comment on my cemetery folder :) Karen Link to comment
vallery 0 Posted October 2, 2006 This photo was entered in the Oakland Historic Photo contest and won first place! It was thrilling to see that ribbon, I must say....Thanks for your comments! vallery b Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted November 2, 2006 One element that I find very interesting in some of your pictures is a kind of internal paradox. Here we have a beautifully modeled face in an attitude of eternal repose but it's evicent from the photo that time and the forces of decay are leisurely laying claim to the sculptor's work. vallery 0 Posted November 2, 2006 I find your insight very thoughtful. Now that I think about it you are correct. I need to take a look at the ones I don't have posted here and see if there is a similar take on compositions. Thanks for stopping by. vAllery b Link to comment
