Mowich Face, Mt. Rainier

I took this on a day hike to Spray Park with my wife. I would have prefered waiting at this

last view point on the trail for the golden rays of sunset, but she wanted to get down and

go out to dinner, so I had to make do with late afternoon. The mountain was quite bare

and dry by late August, so it is like a "mountain nude" exposing it's naked rocky slopes. 3
