Does the blur here work ok, or does the action need to be frozen?

Bob, I agree with Sylvie's comments. It's the blur that makes this photo work. Though I think this might also work in a duotone. I love the curve of the lane lines. They really help move the eye through the frame in a dynamic way. My only minor thought might be to remove the hand and foot(?) sneaking in from the left border. The young man's expression really does exude joy.
