shadetree_machinist 0 Posted September 14, 2006 To me the shot seems to be a nice and simple portrait, without being boring. All my attention was immediately drawn to the model's face, and specifically the eyes, which is the goal I suppose. The only thing that really jumps out to me that might have improved the picture is to have slightly warmer tones, and the line of glass is a little distracting, but was part of the scene I realize. Take any advice from me with a grain of salt as I am very much a beginner :) Adam Link to comment
jongaus 0 Posted September 18, 2006 Tanks for your feedback, Adam. I've attached a version with slightly warmer tones, and cropped away most of the glass line. I feel I had to crop at the sides too, to keep the balance of the picture. Link to comment
davidorea 1 Posted July 12, 2007 Superb portrait, Jon. Tove's pose and expression are unique. A delight of forms, colors and light. Lovely Tove! Congrats! PS.- I prefer the second version with excellent cropping and size. Regards! Link to comment
