studio iv 0 Posted September 12, 2006 Love the tones & lighting & composition. I like the angle of the arms and the way the left arm leads you up to her face and then the eyes. Wish the face was facing a little more forward so the eyes weren't turned so much, but a minor point. A superb shot. Mike Link to comment
atkphotoworks 0 Posted September 12, 2006 Joanna, I like this portrait a lot and the way the curtains in back add to the scenery of the shot. One one hand there is her stillness and calmness, with what appears to be a storm behind her. I like the imagery a lot. Unfortunately because of your title I now have a song in my head I would like to quickly forget. Link to comment

jarvis 0 Posted September 15, 2006 Joanna, perfect lighting and composition. The light from the window and the placement of her arms lead the eye to her face and to those beautiful eyes that seem to know something I don't. I keep coming back to this and can't figure out how you created such a perfectly dream-like mood. Brilliant! Thanks for the inspiration. -Jarvis Link to comment
seattlephotographs 0 Posted September 22, 2006 This photograph is a work of art! It almost seems like a painting. Something about it is very captivating, maybe her eyes or pose, I'm not sure. It evokes the feeling like something is about to happen. You are a talanted photographer! Link to comment
michael foy 0 Posted October 29, 2006 Love the pose. I'm wondering if it is her natural pose or something you envisioned for her? The outfit is wonderful. You captured so much detail. You can count threads on the sweater. The background to left works. But I wonder if it was manipulated or what is going on with it. Is this the wind mentioned in the title? There is something about it. I love the lighting. Not enough light on the background/hair to make them separate but I think I like it your way. Riveting photo. Michael Link to comment
